At 92 I had an appointment for Covid and Flu jabs and had to wait 30 minutes in a queue standing up. This was totally unacceptable and really took it out of me for a day afterwards. I think that this surgery have no empathy with its patients. Very upsetting.

Employ a good practice manager that can organise appointments more efficiently. Receptionists need to go on courses for people management. This practice has been going downhill for years.

Never ever had any problems with this surgery. In fact it’s gone above and beyond to help my late family and myself.I will always be truly grateful for that. Many Thanks, Tanya Pluta

Not enough doctors. Too many people phone in at the same time for an appointment during the 8-9 am window.

Allow people to make doctors appointments during the whole day.
